Kremer White (46360)

Kremer White (46360)
Pure white, 5 µ, zirconium silicate.
Kremer White is a zirconium silicate. In aqueous media, this pigment can be used as a non-toxic substitute for Cremnitz and Lead White. Kremer White is lightfast and very fine, but not as pure white as Titanium White. Due to its excellent temperature resistance up to over 1400°C, this white pigment is also suitable for ceramics. The zirconium silicate is suitable for all aqueous binders. In oil, the pigment is very translucent and slightly grayish.
